あけましておめでとうございます
今年は日本で、久しぶりにお正月らしいお正月を迎えております。
料理も少しだけ頑張りました。
といっても、おせちではないですよ！
そんな難易度の高いものではないです。
エビを茹でるのを手伝ったり、タルト作りの準備をしたり……
よく考えると、フランス人の主人が、
フランス風のご馳走を作るためのアシスタントをしただけでした。
ともあれ、おいしかったです。
さて、ピンズマルシェの実店舗『Midi（ミディ）』は、
現在、冬休みで、1月7日金曜日からのオープンとなります。
ピンバッジはさらに増え、
おいしいコーヒーに、ワインのグレードもアップしました。
